【High Protein Recipe】Matcha Protein Cookie

💪 37 g protein
🌾 6 g fiber
💊 ⅓ of daily vitamins & minerals

Ingredients:
• 6 tbsp oats (60 g) — oat flour or bran works best
• 1 scoop Allie Protein (35 g)
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tbsp butter, melted (15 g)
• 2 tsp milk (10 g)
• White chocolate (or any of your favorite toppings)

How to:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2. Shape into cookies and place on a baking tray.
3. Bake at 330°F (170°C) for 15 minutes.

Top with white chocolate, dried fruits, nuts… anything you love 🤍

Perfect for a healthy snack or guilt-free dessert.
